This is an unsettling time for us all, and we don’t want to add to the overload. That said, we do just want to let you know that we are continuing to deliver our service online, where you can shop with us 24/7.
The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers is paramount, and we have therefore put in place a work from home policy.
You can still contact us via our email – firstname.lastname@example.org - and one of us will reply the same day.
Our email box is monitored throughout our normal opening hours Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm GMT.
Our global shipping services are currently operating as normal. So if you’re in need of a little pick-me-up or just a distraction away from the madness, our website is running as usual.

Our delivery partners who include Royal Mail, Fedex and DHL are reporting normal delivery times domestically.
We have been informed by USPS that standard service delivery to the USA is taking longer. Parcels are currently taking 7 - 16 days to arrive. Express services are running as normal with a small percentage incurring a 1 day delay.
Postal services to all countries that were previously suspended have now resumed. Shipping options to all countries are now available but may be delayed on the standard service by approximately 48 hours.
We will continue to monitor our shipping services and update this page accordingly.
Tough times ahead for us all but we’ll get through this together! When it passes, we’ll be stronger and more thankful for karaoke nights, festival portaloos and moody waiters.
