The safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers is paramount, and we have therefore put in place a work from home policy.

Our email box is monitored throughout our normal opening hours Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm GMT.
Our global shipping services are currently operating as normal. So if you’re in need of a little pick-me-up or just a distraction away from the madness, our website is running as usual.
Our delivery partners who include Royal Mail, Fedex and DHL are reporting normal delivery times domestically.
We have been informed that some destinations including Spain, Italy, France, Germany, USA and Australia are experiencing delays of 24-72 hours on the standard service due to the reduction in airline capacity. Express services are currently running as normal.

Tough times ahead for us all but we’ll get through this together! When it passes, we’ll be stronger and more thankful for karaoke nights, festival portaloos and the daily commute.
