Returns Information

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please read the following information carefully.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that a return is required. Any Item will be refunded if returned within 14 days, providing it is unused, unworn, and is returned in the same condition as received.

Orders are sent out flat in the netting. Colour / quality / length review is possible by removing the item from the packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any wig that has been tried on, worn, brushed, cut, hair sprayed, smell of smoke or perfume. The netting and tissue are essential for keeping the piece from becoming tangled and potentially damaged. It is important that you package the piece up with the item neatly placed inside the netting, and the netting placed neatly in the bag. Please do not remove the label.

If we receive an item that is not in its original condition, or with a missing label, we will be unable to issue a refund and the item(s) will be returned to sender.

Any item that is faulty will be exchanged or refunded as per the Consumer Rights Act. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund any delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. Otherwise you will need to pay for the return postage.

It is important to enclose your order number and full name with your returned item.

Refunds are issued via the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are made within 7 days of receipt and can take a further 5 days to show up on any bank statement. This length of time is entirely dependant on your card issuer.
